Makenzie's Work Station
Makenzie loves sitting in my lap at the computer and pounding on the keyboard. I decided that this wasn't a good idea when she somehow managed to reformat my computer layout! Grandpa Larry had an extra keyboard so now Makenzie has her own work station. She even has a real cell phone to play with. Even though we have charged the phone so it lights up and makes noise, it still isn't as cool as Eric's Blackberry!
Mommy Lifesavers!
There are three main helpers in my mommy life. They allow me to work 40 hours a week, find time to train for a half marathon and just have a little personal time. They keep Makenzie entertained and happy.
Daddy!
Makenzie loves hanging out with her Dad! She lights up every time she sees him. I'm so lucky that Eric and I both can work from home so we don't have to put Makenzie in day care.
The Exersaucer
The Exersaucer
Makenzie loves her exersaucer! She spends a lot of time in because its one of the few toys that she doesn't get tire of! She enjoys chewing on all the different animals.

First Thanksgiving
We spent Makenzie's first Thanksgiving at Grandpa and Grandma Hjermstad's. She provided entertainment thoughout dinner, playing peekaboo behind my napkin. Unfortunately I forgot to charge my camera before going so I only got pictures of her playing before our dinner. She loved all the new toys and hanging out with her grandma and grandpa!
Such a big girl!

Six Months Already!!!
Makenzie turned six months yesterday and Eric and I celebrated our four year wedding anniversary. We celebrated our anniversary by going out to dinner and letting Grandpa and Grandma Hjermstad watch Makenzie. Makenzie got to celebrate her six months of life by getting four shots at the doctors! Poor little girl! She still only weighs 13.2 lbs but is 25.25 inches long.
Makenzie seems to learn new things everyday. She has been sitting up on her own for the last couple weeks and she is starting to use her barrel rolling to get to her toys. Looks like I need to baby proof the house soon.
Trip to Grandpa and Grandma Tower's
Labor Day Weekend
Makenzie and I flew home to Washington to see my parents and go to the Ellensburg Rodeo. My parents had a BBQ for us and Makenzie got a chance to meet some more family. Makenzie explored the farm and saw all of the animals. She wasn't too interested in them but next spring I'm sure she will love it!
